Simon Beeching MA (Oxon) FInstTT FRGS Simon set up Travelwatch after 18 years as Managing
Director of three blue-chip travel companies (including at Thomson Travel) and Business studies at INSEAD in France.
He is currently also non-executive Director of luxury tour operator Steppes Travel; a Director of Syntec Telecom (providing call centre management
software 'in the cloud'); Chairman of international travel trade e-learning specialist Equator Learning; a Director of the Institute of Travel & Tourism (ITT) and Visiting Industry Professor at
Regents Business School, London.
Caroline Beeching was previously Director of leading inbound travel specialist Wedgewood Travel. She subsequently handled Sales Representation and Events at luxury travel company Western & Oriental (W & O ), before handling VIP groups during the London Olympics for JAC Travel, the largest specialist inbound corporate and leisure Tour Operator in the UK. She has now launched her own Destination UK inbound travel company specialising in incentives, meetings, hospitality, sports event management and tailor-made itineraries, offering bespoke programmes for corporate and leisure groups of all sizes.

Dr James Blanchard successfully established Rudall Blanchard Associates (RBA) as a leading
Environmental Management Consultancy in the UK and USA, providing advice and support to the
energy sector.
Dr Hugh Somerville was previously the Head of the Sustainable Business Unit at British Airways.
Dr Rebecca Hawkins' experience includes working with the World Travel & Tourism Council and the International Hotels Environment Initiative.
Dr Harold Goodwin is Professor of Responsible Tourism Management and Director of the International Centre for Responsible Tourism at Leeds Metropolitan University.
Courtney Peyton joined the company to provide expertise in sustainability
management gained as Director of Thirdwave, a pioneering consultancy to the property and construction
industry.
Roger Heape has over 30 years of private sector experience in tour operating and airline leisure roles.
Prof. Martin Brackenbury was previously President of the International Federation of Tour Operators and Vice Chairman of the World Tourism Organization (WTO) Business Council.
